Refund & Exchange Policy

At ERA Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return or exchange within one day, 24 hours, from receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• The return or exchange request must be made within 24 hours.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original invoice must be presented when returning the order.
• Products that are damaged, opened, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted.

Orders Inside Kuwait

If your order was delivered inside Kuwait, you may return the order to our company location in Mubarakiya.

We may also arrange a representative to collect the returned order from you. Additional collection fees may apply.

Refunds for orders inside Kuwait will be returned to the same card used for payment after deducting delivery charges. If the payment was made using KNET, the refund will be processed within 48 working hours. If the payment was made using Visa, the refund may take up to 14 business days.

Orders Outside Kuwait

If your order was delivered outside Kuwait, you may ship the order back to the address mentioned above, or contact us by phone for return shipping instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring that the returned products arrive to us in good and safe condition, exactly as they were sent.

The shipping cost paid by ERA Perfumes to the courier company will be deducted from the order amount. The remaining refund amount will be returned to the same card used for payment.

Refunds for Visa cards or cards issued outside Kuwait may take up to 14 business days.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• ERA Perfumes reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
