If the payment was made using KNET, the refund will be processed within 48 working hours. If the payment was made using Visa, the refund may take up to 14 business days.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>Orders Outside Kuwait<\/h2>\r\n  <p>\r\n    If your order was delivered outside Kuwait, you may ship the order back to the address mentioned above, or contact us by phone for return shipping instructions.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    The customer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring that the returned products arrive to us in good and safe condition, exactly as they were sent.\r\n  <\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>\r\n    The shipping cost paid by ERA Perfumes to the courier company will be deducted from the order amount.
